Zodiac Killer Whale Safari Option

See Orcas or Killer Whales in their natural environment and still be home for bed ! Your day trip destination to see the Orcas or Killer Whales is in the fjords to the far north of Norway, and one area in particular where every year large numbers of Orcas congregate.

Our Zodiac Orca Safari includes flights to Norway and an exhilerating trip aboard a Zodiac rafting boat, entering the elements from sea level and with much closer views of the Orca. Again, with a little luck you will see the close up fins of the Killer Whales appear on the surface as they hunt the herring. At time they play and their curiosity brings them closer to the boat, so close you could almost touch !

You will climb down the steps from the main orca safari to board our Zodiac rafting boats. Before boarding the Zodiac you will be supplied with waterproof clothing. This excursion will last approximately one hour. Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult and must be aged ten or older.

Please also note that this is a nature product and there are many factors that affect these optional excursions. It may be that the water is too choppy to launch the Zodiacs. If you are unable to utilize the Zodiacs (unlikely) a refund will not be available from the tour operator.
