Snorkelling Killer Whale Safari ... not for the faint hearted !

See Orcas or Killer Whales in their natural environment and still be home for bed ! Your day trip destination to see the Orcas or Killer Whales is in the fjords to the far north of Norway, and one area in particular where every year large numbers of Orcas congregate.

Our Snorkelling Orca Safari includes flights to Norway and an exhilerating trip aboard a Zodiac rafting boat, entering the elements from sea level and with much closer views of the Orca. This time you are equipped with a dry suit and given the opportunity to swim with these magnificent Killer Whales and meet them in their own environment. This option is dependent upon the weather and sea conditions on the day.

You will climb down the steps from the main orca safari to board our Zodiac rafting boats. Before boarding the Zodiac you will be supplied with waterproof clothing. This excursion will last approximately one hour. Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult and must be aged ten or older. Snorkellers must be aged 16 or over. Asthma sufferers will not be accepted on the snorkelling safari.

Please also note that this is a nature product and there are many factors that affect these optional excursions. It may be that the water is too choppy to launch the Zodiacs, or the orcas are swimming too fast to enable you to snorkel with them. If you are unable to utilize the Zodiacs (unlikely) a refund will not be available from the tour operator.
